Through the practice of some asanas our energy level, mind patterns and habits can be changed. You will discover the role of breathing in your life and how it creates opening and change in the self. Besides yoga asana and pranayama we will work with the 5 elements to heal and detoxify physically, mentally and emotionally. You will get understanding and experience of how we can cure our body and mind without the use of any herbs or
medicine. Our focus is especially on emotional detoxification kriyas: how you can release the side effects of your negative emotions. The detoxification with 5 elements include mud and water treatments, breathing techniques as well as teachings how you can increase the fire element and ether element (fasting).
The purpose of this retreat is to help the body and mind heal so that you can gain more inner stability and strength to deal with situations in life.
